Overview

Permanent – Mon – Fri 8:30 am – 6 pm. Locations: Island‑wide, likely AMK, Bukit Merah or Science Park. Up to SGD 6,400 plus VB.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and test application performance for bottlenecks, identify solutions and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
• Provide project documentation and reports.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for problem resolution.
