Job Description

About the role:

Reporting into the Senior Manager IT System Operations, the IT System Operations team maintains and monitors the Digital Realty infrastructure to ensure the Digital Realty systems are available, performing, compliant and secure. The IT Systems Operations team also defines, implements and maintains the processes and tooling to do this in the most cost-efficient way.
 

What you'll do:

Infrastructure Management:

  • Ensure operational stability of all IT systems infrastructure.
  • Ensure optimal performance and resource management across all systems.
  • Maintain and deploy system and cloud architecture according to requirements for business enablement.
  • Maintain and operate systems backup procedures and ensure recoverability and data integrity.
  • Maintain and operate infrastructure life cycle management, including operating system versioning and full hardware replacements.
