Review customer specifications and requirements, and develop designs to best support them, including cost as a key design variable.
Conceptualize the architecture of complex systems and subsystems relating to power electronics, drives and uninterruptible power supplies.
Create the system level technical documentation and budget estimates for proposals. Identify and develop strategies to retire key development risks.
Verify product or subsystem performance through simulation, analysis, and/or laboratory test.
Generate the necessary design requirements to specify components and subsystems of a product through the use of an RTM.
Provide technical leadership on large projects, with the ability to identify and delegate tasks to an engineering team, and drive completion of activities on time and budget.
