**Experience of minimum 10 years of core Windows servers for L3 position.**

**Must know**

+ Active Directory Architecture, FSMO, Trusts, replication issues, GPO troubleshooting, Sites and services
+ DNS troubleshooting
+ DHCP knowledge
+ Windows Server core troubleshooting (Server performance analysis, BSOD,)
+ Server Hardware (HP, Dell, IBM, Cisco UCS, Blade Servers) / Raid troubleshooting.
+ Backup troubleshooting
+ Windows cluster troubleshooting & Migration and log analysis.
+ Windows patching troubleshooting
+ Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Major Incidents and P1/P2 cases
+ Migration – DHCPADFile and print server.
+ Certificate authority (Root CA / Subordinate CA), IIS website renewals.
+ Azure resources management
+ Azure AD connect
+ ITIL Process
+ 24*7 rotation shifts
