The Senior Systems Administrator supports multiple client environments while driving the standardization, documentation, and scalability of systems and processes. Working closely with the Head of Technology, the role focuses on translating technical knowledge into structured, repeatable workflows and establishing consistent baseline practices across cloud and endpoint platforms. This position requires a proactive, systems-thinking approach, with the ability to operate in evolving environments, improve operational maturity, and deliver scalable, process-driven IT services with minimal reliance on tribal knowledge.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an MSP or multi-client environment, supporting multiple tenants and servicing AU or US-based clients.
