Senior System Support Specialist (Digital Workplace Services)
As a Senior System Support Specialist you will be part of a highly skilled team responsible for managing and continuously improving the organization's enterprise endpoint ecosystem. Your responsibilities include administering, maintaining, and enhancing Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, and other endpoint‑management technologies. You will support the full device lifecycle – from operating‑system deployment and provisioning to software distribution, patch management, compliance monitoring, and endpoint‑security controls – and drive operational excellence through automation, process improvement, and service reliability.
