In this role you will own a battery-system for hybrid powertrain solutions, guiding it from idea to mass production and aftersales. You’ll set the system strategy to balance performance, quality and cost, while leading engineering teams to translate needs into requirements and validate through simulations and tests. You’ll work across stakeholders to ensure safety, regulation and lifecycle compliance within a V-Cycle/ISO framework.
