Senior System Engineer

Full-time Engineering

• Responsible for the administration, security, and support of Microsoft 365, Exchange Hybrid, Identity & Access Management, PKI, Email Security, Endpoint Management, and related infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Administer Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and Hybrid Messaging environments.
• Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, MFA, Conditional Access, and Enterprise Applications.
• Support MDM/MAM solutions preferably through Microsoft Intune.
• Manage PKI/CA infrastructure, AD CS, SSL certificates, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Administer email security platforms including EOP, Defender for O365, SMTP gateways, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Support Trellix security products, endpoint protection, and compliance initiatives.
