Job Description
Job Summary
Reports to the Regional Director, IT, Central Canada and participates as a member of the Regional Technology Services team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that user problems are addressed consistent with current Service Level Agreement.
- Resolve Colleague Help Desk Tickets for the Region (Regional Shared Service).
- Manage IT Systems disaster recovery and Daily Backup Logs for the Region (Regional Shared Service).
- Deploy and maintain all Employee Workstation Hardware.
- Update and maintain all Guest and Back of House WiโFi equipment in Public, Meeting Space and Guestrooms.
- Review Antiโvirus logs and resolve any issues on Cortex XDR enterprise console for hotels.
- Ensure all WiโFi equipment is functional in Public, meeting and guestrooms.
- Maintain all equipment/software inventory.
- Complete all PCI initiatives.
