As a Senior Support Engineer, you'll be pivotal in implementing robust observability solutions. Your hands-on experience will help drive system improvements, leveraging tools like Dynatrace and Splunk to achieve operational excellence. Additionally, you'll handle incident responses and troubleshoot complex production issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design observability solutions with Terraform and monitoring tools
• Drive system visibility using Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty
• Troubleshoot complex incidents in production environments
• Manage AKS infrastructure for scalability and reliability
• Lead postmortem sessions and incident management
Requirements:
• 8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or observability
• Expertise in monitoring tools and observability frameworks
