Senior Client Experience & Operations Advisor
This role oversees the day‑to‑day operations of LiveDGAP, ensuring flawless execution of chauffeur services, VIP Meet & Greet, and event transportation worldwide. The advisor serves as the central point of coordination among clients, partners, chauffeurs, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless booking from quotation to completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily transportation and VIP Meet & Greet bookings globally.
- Monitor active services; manage schedule changes, flight delays, cancellations, and amendments.
- Maintain operational records, supplier databases, and service documentation.
- Support event transportation planning and execution as required.
- Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, invoices, and service updates.
