Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of support functions.
• Schedules day to day activities of their respective team(s).
• Implements strategies and activities to ensure that the best customer service is achieved.
• Reviews team's work ensuring it is in compliant with developed standards.
• Makes sure weekly goals are reached.
• Responds to challenges impacting his/her team’s ability to reaching goals.
• Mentors/Trains employees.
• Reports to senior managers on any issue that could significantly impact the business.
