The Opportunity

The Student Recruitment Support team is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Student Recruitment Support Officer to play a key role in driving the University’s recruitment and admissions success. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support across Admissions and student recruitment strategies, programs, and initiatives; managing complex enquiries and delivering expert advice. Your work will directly enhance the prospective student experience and contribute to strengthening Monash’s reputation locally and internationally.

This position works closely with Admissions and other internal stakeholders to ensure that enquiries requiring specialised processes and assessment, such as document audits, course transfers, and scholarship or study grant enquiries, are resolved efficiently and in line with University policies.
