Job Description
Lycopodium is recruiting a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Lima, San Isidro office. You will provide technical leadership, coordinate internal and external sources, and help deliver large-scale mining and process plant projects.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will drive design quality, manage client interactions, and mentor engineers while ensuring milestones and budgets are met.
