Job Purpose

To supervise and verify the quality control of site works to ensure conformity with all contract documents for the project, to SSH policies and procedures, and industry best practice

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the supervision of all structural works, including enabling works, foundations, superstructure, post-tensioning, and façade-related structural elements.
• Review and approve structural shop drawings, method statements, calculations, and technical submittals.
• Provide technical leadership on structural issues, including site challenges related to reinforcement, concrete, piling, and temporary works.
• Coordinate with design teams to resolve structural RFIs and ensure constructability and compliance with design intent.
• Supervise and guide structural inspectors to ensure inspections, QA/QC processes, and documentation are properly executed.
