Senior Strategy and Operations Lead

The Senior Strategy and Operations Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Chief of Staff and partnering with senior marketing leaders to drive strategic planning, performance management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic planning & performance management: support annual planning processes, develop and monitor goals and OKRs, ensure alignment across marketing function, use AI tools to synthesize inputs across teams, surface gaps and draft scenario analyses.
• Metrics & dashboard development: design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems that provide timely visibility into marketing performance and business outcomes; automate recurring data pulls, generate narrative commentary, flag anomalies.
