Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs
- Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard
- Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line in case of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift
- Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPS/T to resolve Process route creation/release and maintenance
- Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance (ruggedness and performance)
- Support new product releases, Support Production tools releases (PCRB) technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies
- To monitor and work with PI/UPE to ensure stability of PCM/Inline/DD trends and parameters
