As the senior-most contributor within the Engineering & Design team, you will be responsible for driving mechanical design standards and providing strategic guidance. Your role involves mentoring engineers and designers while tackling complex technical issues to enhance product development outcomes. Collaborating seamlessly with production and support teams, you will leverage your 12+ years of experience to ensure ideal engineering execution.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead CAD technical packages with detailed drafting • Serve as technical authority during design reviews • Develop and validate major design changes and improvements • Provide expert engineering support for manufacturing challenges • Standardize and improve design procedures and practices
