Job Description
Accountable for the EOL Machine (Mold, Laser, Glob Top, Lid Attach and Casting) Maintenance topics under his/her responsibility and lead the EOL Maintenance technicians.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Establish maintenance systematic & methodology for new and existing EOL equipment to ensure machine is upkeep at optimize condition.
- To ensure Maintenance KPI such as OEE, MTBA and spare part management is within the defined target.
- To lead EOL maintenance team to drive the machine stability and continuous improvement thru predictive and preventive maintenance.
- Equipment stability improvement by performing analysis on machine data and execute improvement actions for machine stability sustaining (eg MTBA).
- Equipment optimization and automation thru Intrinsic Equipment Engineering for cycle time & machine productivity enhancement (eq OEE).
