Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support, provide technical leadership, prioritize activities to support Operational WFM deviation analysis, drive operation execution through lot scheduling and dispatch performance with a commendable problem‑solving approach, effective communication and negotiation skills with HPB guiding principles.
- Accountable for yearly and quarterly Mal CT90 target setting and monitoring for WFM KPIs, and for Operation SPEED stability by setting effective monitoring and analysis drills to drive improvement with the team.
- Conduct periodical reviews with the Production team to ensure robust WIP and CT stability to achieve WFM objectives and functions.
- Constantly drive Operational WFM optimization, stability and continuous improvement of Mal WIP Flow Management.
- Consistently build up WFM technical competencies to sustain and enhance implemented WFM systematics and frameworks.
