Senior Staff Analog/Mixed‑Signal Engineer (Research & Development Team)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-performance analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits that meet block- and IC-level specifications, including design for manufacturability, yield, test, and reliability.
• Own key technical decisions from architecture through silicon bring‑up, working closely with analog, layout, and digital design teams.
• Perform detailed modeling, design, and simulation of analog circuits in collaboration with analog, layout, and digital design team members.
• Prepare materials for design reviews and maintain clear internal design and simulation documentation.
• Support lab and test engineers during measurement and validation of developed analog blocks, including post-silicon debug and performance optimization.
