Job Description
- Supervises project control systems, construction site activities and resource utilization.
- Manages subcontractor projects by handling bidding documents, coordinating work, conducting inspections, and recommending payments.
- Prepares bills of materials, job orders, and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
- Addresses client or public complaints and recommends solutions.
