Drive global impact in performance and compensation excellence by supporting global services in Performance Management and Compensation Planning, working across multiple time zones to ensure smooth and compliant delivery. In close partnership with GBS Process Management, uphold high standards and consistency across all regions.
What You Will Do
Support the global execution of the Performance Management, Compensation Planning, and Succession Planning processes, focusing on planning, preparation, administration, communication, and coordination of the annual cycle. Ensure operational excellence by adhering to standardized, transparent, economically efficient, and compliant processes concerning Performance, Compensation, and Succession in all BI legal entities and countries.
