Responsibilities

:

Program Delivery & Management

  • Lead the end-to-end employee experience for group benefits, international and retirement plans, ensuring clear communication, timely coordination, and a supportive employee journey. This includes program enrollment, life cycle changes, leave of absence and processing of program payroll contribution.

  • Engage effectively with diverse internal and external contacts on program matters, using strong judgment to proactively identify and resolve complex program matters.

  • Ensure program documentation, resources, and employee-facing tools are accurate, accessible, and easy to navigate.

  • Develop and maintain reporting that provides clear, actionable insights for leadership. Review and integrate audit controls to ensure risk mitigation and accurate program management
