Full-time Management & Operations

Design and govern RTA’s application and data‑integration architecture, setting standards and roadmaps that streamline automation, maximize reuse, and support customer‑centric digital goals across all agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop architecture policies, guidelines, and target models for SOA, EIA, and BPM, aligning with the digital strategy and enterprise‑architecture framework.
• Prepare implementation plans and automation roadmaps that capitalise on existing technologies, optimise licence utilisation, and meet budget and timeline commitments.

Operations

• Advise project managers and lead medium‑to‑small automation projects, ensuring designs comply with application‑architecture standards and service‑level targets.
• Evaluate RFPs, vendor proposals, and contract scopes, recommending suppliers and solutions that satisfy technical and business requirements.
