Senior Specialist, Business Analytics
We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Business Analytics to join our Analytics and Operations Development team. In this role, you will support analytics and reporting for Fazer Confectionery’s operational functions and contribute hands‑on to the design and development of data‑driven solutions. You will act as a key business‑side contributor with a strong focus on raw data handling of various data sources and Power BI development, while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical specifications, governed data models, and scalable analytics solutions.
You will also serve as a subject‑matter expert in reporting systems, supporting user enablement through training and helping drive the adoption of analytics solutions to improve operational efficiency across functions.
