Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers
- Serve as the primary technical resource for designing, developing, and deploying integrations with major EHR/EMR systems, specifically Epic
- Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes using HL7 and FHIR
- Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert for Epic, Cerner, and Athenahealth
- Mentor and train Professional Services and cross-functional teams to enhance integration expertise
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to address feature requests and resolve technical issues
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and executives regarding CXA strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on Epic integration experience within healthcare systems
