This position is pivotal in enabling operational excellence across customer service and billing functions by designing and guiding the implementation of integrated, future-ready CCS solutions. It plays a key role in supporting the technology roadmap for CCS, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise platforms, and managing technology risks, including technical debt. The role also drives continuous improvement, fostering collaboration between internal teams and vendors, and ensuring architectural frameworks, standards, and governance are consistently applied to deliver optimal business and customer outcomes
