Staff Engineer - Automation & Manual Testing Work Flexibility: Onsite What Will You Do: Develop the verification and validation strategy/plan that meets the SDLC requirements within the project timeline and resource constraints. Develop software test cases to verify the software requirements. Develop, maintain & enhance the automation test framework. Perform manual testing (exploratory testing, formal testing etc.), test execution of software test plans and bug verification. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to test planning and estimation. Continuously improve automation practices and contribute to QA process improvements. Execute non-functional testing, which involves accuracy, reliability, and performance. Support other projects during the research phase of product development.
