What You’ll Do
- Architect, develop, and optimize advanced automated test frameworks using Python or Java with Selenium or Playwright
- Lead the creation of comprehensive test strategies for AI and agentic AI systems
- Oversee API and integration testing, ensuring coverage for complex workflows
- Analyze and troubleshoot test results, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure testability
- Mentor and guide junior test engineers, sharing best practices and technical expertise
- Drive documentation standards and ensure clarity in technical specifications
