SAIC is seeking a Senior Software Systems Engineer to support the US Navy in Crane, IN.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded software for defense and electronic warfare systems within the SPIN/MUEU lab environment
+ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient C++ code following object-oriented design principles and best practices
+ Develop and maintain technical documentation, including software design documents (SDD), interface control documents (ICD), test plans, procedures and perform code reviews
+ Debug and troubleshoot complex hardware/software integration issues in a lab setting
+ Collaborate with systems engineers, hardware engineers, and government customers to define and refine software requirements
