About the role
This hands‑on Senior Software Engineer – Team Lead will lead a squad of full‑stack Software Engineers, collaborating, coordinating, and communicating throughout the team.
The role involves maintaining best‑practice code quality, design, and architecture, contributing to the larger codebase and technology roadmap, and designing, developing and implementing solutions both independently and through peer development.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead the team, encouraging, guiding, and directing Engineers in your squad, supporting them to become self‑organised and to take ownership.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement, sharing ideas, learnings, and technologies with the team to inspire innovation.
