Job Description
Compass is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build the systems powering the referral rules engine, franchise lead attribution pipeline, and lead monetization model across a national franchise network. Your work directly impacts revenue accuracy and the integrity of referral economics.
You will own external partner API integrations, build auditable data pipelines for reconciliation, and help shape a scalable, test‑driven engineering culture with CI/CD and monitoring.
