Position Description:

We are seeking a Performance / Load Test Engineer to design, build, execute, and continuously improve performance testing for our APIs and B2B portals. The engineer will be responsible for load testing, benchmarking, and performance regression coverage to ensure stable and scalable experiences for internal users and external agents/customers.

RVPerformance Test Strategy & Planning
Define performance test approach for APIs and portal journeys (load, stress, endurance/soak, scalability) and align to release/go-no-go needs.
Partner with Product/Development/Architecture to identify features requiring non-functional testing and ensure KPIs are defined and measurable.
Experience establishing a repeatable non-functional testing cycle ahead of releases and integrating results into Go/No-Go decisions
