Job Description
ELO is building the AI workforce for independent health practices.
We already serve 550+ customers in 21 countries, support thousands of healthcare sessions every month, and are backed by experienced technology and business leaders.
We are looking for a senior engineer to help us push the boundaries of AI in healthcare.
Primarily in-person in Mexico City or Monterrey | Full-time |
THE ROLE
This is a highly hands‑on position with meaningful ownership over ELO’s product, architecture, and engineering team, working directly with our Co‑founders.
You will:
- Build and ship AI agents used by healthcare professionals
- Own critical product and architecture decisions
- Write code, review PRs, and improve engineering velocity
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 engineers
- Work directly with the founders on product and strategy
