About the Role

Founding Engineer – building the next generation of internal IT tools within Factorial’s new spinoff. You will join from day 0 in a fast‑moving environment where your ability to ship quickly and adapt matters more than the tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end features for the IT‑Management domain (onboarding, permissions, support, inventory, MDM, IdP, integrated onboarding).
• Establish quarterly roadmaps and technical goals in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Write high‑quality, test‑driven code in Ruby on Rails for the backend and React / JavaScript / TypeScript for the frontend.
• Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in customer calls to understand pain points and translate them into solutions.
