We are looking for a technical expert with 10+ years of experience in software development, product/application support, and team leadership. The role involves managing critical situations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting product/application operations while guiding and mentoring team members.

How will you make an impact?

Technically leading the team and driving technical discussions with stakeholders.

Acting as a technical escalation point for the respective domain.

Delivering client issue reviews, troubleshooting, and providing accurate technical guidance.
