Alexa is a strategic investment for Amazon, and we're building a voice and touch shopping assistant convenient enough that customers worldwide reach for it every day. Alexa Shopping aims to understand the needs of all shoppers — regardless of language, background, abilities, or economic means.
With Alexa Shopping now live on Amazon.com in addition to devices, the surface area of our features has expanded several times over. We're building a new framework to ensure the quality of everything we ship, across hundreds of millions of Alexa endpoints worldwide, each with different form factors, capabilities, and customer contexts. We're looking for a Senior SDE to architect that framework and build the system that enforces it. It will define what quality means for Alexa Shopping, and every experience we ship will pass through it.
