Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of software solutions for **Philips' IntelliSpace Critical Care and Anesthesia (ICCA)** platform, providing technical leadership, mentoring software engineers, and contributing to the evolution of the product toward cloud-based technologies.
**Your role:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions supporting **IntelliSpace Critical Care and Anesthesia (ICCA)** clinical workflows.
+ Act as a technical specialist within an Agile SAFe squad, driving software architecture discussions, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and promoting engineering best practices.
