Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices. Develop scalable backend services using Python and Django. Build responsive UI using React and modern front-end frameworks. Exp. in development of KYC platform and workflow management. Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization. Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of the application. Mentor and guide developers and junior team members.
