**Overview**
The Delivery and Program Operations (DPO) team runs Global Skilling's end-to-end delivery and operations — including workshop and class delivery, instruction and facilitation, enrollment and registration, and the platform features behind them — to provide skilling services at scale for commercial customers, partners, and employees.
Our DPO team is currently hiring **Senior Skilling Strategy Managers (SSSMs)** to be strategic account managers, bridging business strategy and sales skilling execution to drive end-to-end learning strategies that accelerate business outcomes. As trusted advisors, SSSMs ensure every initiative supports strategic objectives—enabling Microsoft to lead as the most competent sales organization globally. You will ensure key Sales Skilling programs and Skilling plans align to the business and role needs, in partnership with business stakeholders.
