Job Description
Danté Personnel Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a site about an hour from Malelane in Mpumalanga. The role requires deep blasting/mining expertise and strong leadership to drive drilling and blasting teams and ensure safe, efficient operations.
Required are a Diploma/Degree in Blasting/Mining or Civil Engineering, DMRE Opencast Blasting Ticket, MQA Surface Rock Breaking Certificate, and 5–7 years in drilling and blasting with 2+ years managing 40+ staff on shift.
