Job Description
Senior Site Manager – Newbuild
- Commercial, Industrial & Mixed-Use projects up to $60M
- Permanent Hire
- Strong pipeline and growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activity from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure safety, quality and programme compliance
- Run site inductions, toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
- Monitor progress and manage site documentation (Procore)
- Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Identify and escalate risks to programme or budget
- Lead and motivate site teams to perform at their best
About You
- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager (commercial / industrial)
- End-to-end delivery of complex projects
- Strong WHS and construction methodology knowledge
- Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills
