Job Overview
Senior Simulator Software Specialist
Reporting to the Manager of Technology, this position provides expert simulator training services and supports specific specialties such as Information Technology (IT), Health and Safety, and Trades and Technologies.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead training projects and teams; plan, coordinate activities, and supervise staff and program development.
- Assess simulator training needs, analyze performance gaps, and develop cost‑effective solutions to improve workforce capability.
- Design and implement simulator training programs, testing frameworks, and performance improvement tools.
- Support simulator engineering activities including Engineering Change (EC) reviews, Station Condition Record coordination, simulator model testing, and work package assessments.
