Job Description
Argyll Scott is seeking a ServiceNow Lead to own the platform strategy, design, and delivery to support global ITSM objectives. You will bridge business stakeholders, ITSM owners, and delivery teams to leverage ServiceNow as an enterprise-grade ITIL-aligned solution.
In this hybrid role, you will drive platform roadmap, governance, integrations, and automation, mentor developers, and partner with vendors to ensure performance, security, and continuous improvement across regions.
