✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :

• Optimize monitoring and alerting (thresholds, noise reduction, environment-based design, trend analysis)
• Manage event ingestion, correlation, and alert handling in ServiceNow ITOM
• Design and enable automation workflows and remediation solutions
• Leverage Nexthink for endpoint monitoring and proactive issue detection
• Analyze incident and request data to identify trends and key service drivers
