Job Description

Our public sector client is looking for a a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a modernization of a management capability for the client's contact centre from Verint EM Pro to ServiceNow

1 year contract to start, chances of extension. 37.5 hours/week. Fully remote.

Must Haves:

  • 3 – 5 years of recent experience as a ServiceNow Developer, particular focus on the CMDB, ITSM and CSM skills
