  • Holistic view and broad knowledge within ServiceNow Platform
  • Proven knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools using (REST, SOAP, email, MID server, etc.)
  • Proven experience with ITSM and/or ITOM
  • Experience with ServiceNow database design, data modeling, CSDM
  • Any verified Certified Implementation Specialist certificate
  • Proven Certified Application Developer level knowledge
