InterScripts is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Application Engineer / Lead SME to design and deliver ServiceNow solutions for healthcare clients, driving digital transformation, workflow automation, and compliant IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow solutions using App Engine, Scoped Apps, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
  
• Configure modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
  
• Lead ITSM implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) aligned with ITIL
  
• Integrate with EHR systems (Epic/Cerner), HL7/FHIR, and clinical platforms
  
• Automate workflows across patient services, clinical, and HR operations
