Job Description
The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our content strategy to enhance our online presence and drive traffic to our websites. You’ll be writing and optimizing pages daily, so strong writing is as important as technical SEO skill.
The ideal candidate will have experience with keyword research, off-page SEO, competitive analysis, and various digital tools to improve website performance. Experience with staffing companies, talent marketplaces, ecommerce websites, or platform-style websites is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and service pages for on-page SEO
- Create SEO content plans for scalable website pages, ensuring repeatable page structures remain unique, useful, and not duplicated across the site
